There may be times
when appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled, please understand that the patient will be charged a $25.00 fee
if less than 24 hour notice is given. Please consider other patients will be trying to schedule. This will allow the
Doctors to schedule the other patients for that time period. We also ask that cell phones be
turned off any time in the office. By answering the cell phone while the Doctor is counseling or treating
a patient, it is disruptive and may interfere with the treatment.
